The Orissa Government has inked MoUs with three companies for production of pellet and steel using the iron ore finex.
The state has signed MoUs with Brahamani River Pellets, Essar Steel and POSCO India Project with a capacity to produce 12 million tpa of pellet and steel. The proposal of nine other companies to establish pelletisation plant, sintering plant and steel plant has also been approved by the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority.
