Areva T&D India has secured orders worth Rs 120 crore from Jindal Steel & Power for 400/220 kV substation and power transformers, for their Green Field integrated steel project at Angul (Orissa).
The contract job includes design, manufacturing, supply at site, erection, testing & commissioning of 2x315 MVA, 400/220kV interconnecting transformers and 6x120 MVA, 220/34.5kV power transformers. AREVA will also execute design & engineering, supply, erection & commissioning for the substation including detail engineering for civil works related to this substation.
