Srei Infrastructure Development which in JV with West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBIIDC) is developing an auto component SEZ at Guptamoni near Kharagpur, expects to complete the land acquisition for the project by end-September 2009.
So far the SPV Bengal Integrated Auto Industrial Park has purchased 33.47 ha, out of the planned development over 100 ha.
According to sources, the company is likely to invite auto ancillary companies to set up units there once land purchase process is completed.
