Work on Koratty Info Park is likely to be completed at Koratty in Kerala by November 2009, following the Kerala IT ‘Hub and Spoke’ model of infrastructure development.
The Kerala Government has already allotted a 42 acre for this purpose and currently, infrastructure development works of the Info Park has been undertaken on 30 acre. The park is likely to have IT buildings on 70,000 sq ft with plug-and-play facilities under its first two phases and Phase I of allotment is nearing completion.
This apart, the design for a signature IT building incorporating the green building concept is likely to be announced shortly. The proposed IT building is expected to be designed to blend with the existing architecture of the place. The Info Park is likely to provide single-window clearance and all infrastructure facilities.
Master plans for Info park Cherthala and Ambalapuzha, the other two spoke models of Kochi Info park, have already been approved and the development work has been started.
