KSRTC invites EoIs for Hassan bus terminal

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has invited EoIs from interested companies for operating around 50,000 sq ft of commercial space at new bust station at Hassan.

The commercial space at the terminal will comprise shops, food court, dormitory, parking space, ATM, etc.

The selected company's scope of work envisages marketing commercial space at the terminal to tenants, utilisation of commercial space for captive use, sub-licensing leasing commercial space to tenants, renovation of commercial space and operating commercial space for tenure of 8-12 years.

The last date of submission of tenders is 25 September 2009.

KSRTC is planning to undertake developing/modernising around six-eight bus terminals in Mysore, Shimoga and Hassan.
