Sterling Construction Systems has launched a weekend destination project Warai Woods in Neral, 6 km from the railway station and a 90-minute drive from south Mumbai. It will have luxury vacation homes styled after the Swiss Alpine chalets. The construction begins only after a client books the plot and makes the payment. A single chalet (2,384 sq. ft.) will cost about Rs 1.6 crore, and twin chalets (1,882 sq. ft) nearly Rs 1.2 crore per unit. The company plans to build 44 single chalets and 92 twin chalets in phase-I. |
