A.N. Buildwell Pvt. The project, valued at Rs 750 crore, is being developed over 10 acres where work commenced in August 2008.
Spire World is an innovative vastu-based eco-habitat, claimed to be the first mainstream green project in north India. The challenges of the new world of business, such as need for bigger office space, rising fuel costs, water and power shortage, climate change, have been taken into consideration. The 1.6 million sq. ft. complex is being planned as an architectural marvel and IT infrastructure model.
Spire Edge is spread across four towers and an iconic 300-ft. tall mainstream green building, and designed by architect Ken Yeang who is known for his green buildings all over the world. The main green features of the building include greater day lighting, high sunlit atrium entrances, lobbies and forecourts that save up to 30 per cent energy, water recycling and intelligent water management that ensures 28-day water backup.
