Radhe Developers India to mop up Rs 500 cr

Radhe Developers India is likely to mop up Rs 500 crore by various funds raising routes from domestic and international markets.

The company board has approved to raise the funds by private placement of shares with buyers and from Global Depository Receipts. The proposal is subject to the regulatory sanctions, approvals and consents.

Further, the board has also approved to undertake new residential or commercial projects and to enter JV or takeover of any residential or commercial projects. Radhe also plans to develop a logistics park on 100 acre in Ahmedabad.
