Nandan Buildcon, a Pune based developer, is investing Rs 150 crore in its ‘Nandan Prospera’ project coming up on the Baner Balewadi belt, close to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park at Hinjewadi.
The project will comprise four 15-storeyed buildings and each building will have a landscaped garden of over 12,000 sq ft on the 8th floor. Nandan Prospera will comprise 204 flats with 2BHK and 3BHK options ranging between 1,100 and 1,500 sq ft.
Around 50 per cent of the land is expected to be reserved for landscaping and gardens. The project is designed by Vishwas Kulkarni and the landscape has been conceptualised by the UK based landscape designer, Peter Richard. The project is slated to be ready by December 2010.
