Kool Homes, the Pune based real estate company, has launched four tech-savvy residential projects in Pune comprising 1,000 homes with an investment of Rs 150 crore. The projects are coming up in Mohammadwadi, Bavdhan, Balewadi and Kondhwa areas.
Each project is coming up on two-three acre, which include 250 units except in Mohammadwadi, where a township is being planned on 27 acre. However, in Phase I, 300 flats are being planned on six acre at Mohammadwadi.
The company is constructing 2BHK and 3BHK homes covering 1,200 sq ft and 1,490 sq ft with a price range of Rs 50 and Rs 60 lakh, respectively. The flats are likely to be equipped with ultra-modern amenities such as exhibition - style modular kitchens, motorised curtain controls etc.
