Akshaya Homes, the Chennai based company, plans to develop various projects in a span of 16 months at an outlay of Rs 300 crore.
The company plans to develop an IT park and commercial complex at Chennai. A resort with a 60-rooms capacity is being planned by the company at Yercaud near Salem, which is coming up on four acres will be launched by 2010.
Akshaya is also setting up two residential projects with 200 and 142 apartments in Coimbatore and Chennai respectively. The company is also looking at Tiruchy for another project.
