The country’s first South Asian mall is coming up in North Irving. The mall - Everest Heights - will include not only stores and
restaurants but also six movie theaters and a performance hall, hotel and
bowling alley.
The proposed mall will spread over 216,000 square-foot and
will entail an investment of $35 million. It is expected to open in late 2009.
