CCCL bags order from ONGC

Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd (CCCL) has won an order valued at Rs 431 crore from ONGC to build its corporate office - Rajiv Gandhi Urja Bhavan in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

The new ONGC corporate office will be state-of-the-art construction with green building compliance and complete side walling done of curtain wall glazing. It will have a centre dome with lenticular cable net system inclusive of glass canopies. The total area of the green building is expected to be 10,63,085 sq ft consisting of 2B+G+5 floors.

CCCL's job consists of civil, electrical, hvac, fire fighting & fire alarm, facading, interiors, lifts, solar photo voltaic etc. The project is slated to be completed in 18 months.

In another development, CCCL has entered into a consortium with Samjung Tech, a Korean electronics company, to design and build automated car parking structure for DMRC in New Delhi. Samjung Tech will supply electronic equipment for the automation component in the car parks while CCCL will be responsible for the design and civil construction. Construction work has already begun for the automated car parking for DMRC.
