HDO was awarded an order worth Rs 48.5 crore for Vedanta's 12.5 lakh tpa aluminium smelter expansion project at Jharsuguda, Orissa. The scope of work includes manufacturing, procurement, supply, civil works, material handling, erection, commissioning, and integration of Air-Water Piping System. This project is expected to be completed within 12 months.
The second order is worth Rs 17.5 crore and constitutes design, engineering and commissioning of the milk of lime plant at Kalahandi for Vedanta's three million tpa alumina refinery expansion project at Lanjigarh district, Kalahandi, Orissa to be completed in 11 months.
