Now Shirdi
could soon become an attraction for students aspiring to pursue higher studies.
The Shirdi Sai Baba trust is planning to set up a huge educational complex in
Shirdi on the 50 acres of land offered by a devotee.

Sasane, MLA and chairperson of the trust confirmed the plan and indicated that
courses on technical, engineering and hospitality were under consideration.
Earlier
this month, Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh had announced creation of a
development authority to expedite infrastructure works such as sky walks,
commercial complexes, parking plazas and gardens in the temple town. The
government has also cleared construction of an airport in Shirdi.
