Chennai based Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar (SSN) Institutions is awaiting the Union Government approval to commence work at its Noida university in Delhi.
In Phase I, around Rs 600 crore is expected to be invested by the SSN Educational Trust in the university that is coming up on 300 acre.
SSN has a technical education institution called the SSN College of Engineering, on the outskirts of Chennai.
