Sea Valley Resorts, part of the Varun Group, is entering into a management agreement with Accor Hospitality, to manage hotel Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach in Andhra Pradesh which is slated to open by July 2010.
The hotel located on the scenic beach road with an investment of Rs 125 crore, will have 240 rooms all of which face the sea, a world class convention hall, two restaurants, a bar lounge and a spa.
Currently, three Novotel hotels are in operation in India - two at Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh and one at Juhu Beach in Mumbai.
