Old Trafford (UK)-based Manchester United Food and Beverage, a food wing of the English football champions Manchester United, has launched its first restaurant and bar in Mumbai. Andy Yun, CEO, Manchester United Food Beverage Asia, said, "India is one of the few markets in the world which offers enormous potential and we believe them to be immense for Manchester United Restaurant and Bar."
The Manchester United has also decided to introduce a few more café bars in Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune and Delhi. The new restaurant would be a full service, casual all-day dining restaurant that would feature western cuisine and local specialities.
"Our goal is to establish Manchester United Restaurant and Bar as a leading operator and franchiser of casual dining restaurant and bar in the Asia Pacific Region," Yun added. Manchester United cafes are also available at Singapore, Seoul, Jakarta.
