Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SRMC) plans to set up a medical college in Mauritius at an investment of Rs 150 crore.
The proposed Sri Ramachandra Academy Health Sciences will come up on 50 acre land and be a self-contained township. The Mauritius Government has given its approval to SRMC to set up and manage the institution at Belle Rive and to use the government hospital for teaching and training medical students.
SRMC also intends to set up a hospital-cum-medical college in Andhra Pradesh.
