Forbes Marshall and the Belgium-headquartered Vyncke Energietechniek have entered into a 50:50 JV agreement for the manufacture of boilers for different industrial sectors.
The JV - Forbesvyncke is expected to offer steam, hot-water boilers, thermal fluid heaters and power plants with patented combustion technologies for biomass, coal and boilers for special fuels such as industrial waste and municipal waste and energy plants for the ply industry. These boilers are to be manufactured at the Forbes premises in Pune.
The JV will cater to a variety of industrial energy users, namely textiles and garments, pharmaceuticals, breweries and distilleries, food processing and agro industries, tyres and rubber, chemicals and the dairy sector.
