BGR Boilers, a SPV of BGR Energy Systems, has entered into a 20 year license agreement with Foster Wheeler North America Corporation, USA for manufacturing and marketing of steam boilers in India.
Under the agreement, BGR Boilers gets an exclusive license and rights for the Indian market to design, manufacture and sell sub-critical coal fired steam generators (boilers) and super-critical coal fired steam generators (boilers). The license agreement is subject to approval of the Union Government of India.
With the signing of this agreement, the company is likely to increase the value of in-house contribution in its EPC projects as well as offer quality products of world repute to the Indian customers.
