Suzlon arm bags order in Spain

Suzlon Wind Energy Espana S.L.U., Spain based wholly owned subsidiary of Suzlon Enegry, has won a framework order with EUFER, a JV between ENEL Green Energy and Union Fenosa, for supply and installation of Suzlon 2.1 MW wind turbines for wind farms totalling 224.5 MW. The machines are expected to be installed up to March 2011.

Suzlon also unveiled its plans to set up a blades manufacturing facility in Andalusia (Spain). The facility is likely to be commissioned by December 2010.
