EMCO has bagged four EPC orders amounting to Rs 274 crore for construction of electrical substations on turnkey basis from Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd (HVPNL), PGClL and Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (MSETCL).
EMCO has won an order worth Rs 78 crore from HVPNL for construction of 220 kV substations. These substations will be erected at Rampur Kambon, Batta and Dadhibana in Haryana. The company has bagged another order from HVPNL to construct one 220/G6/33 kV substation at Rangala Rajpur and one 220/132/33 kV substation at Samain, totalling Rs 53 crore.
It has also secured an order from MSETCL to construct a 400/220 kV substation at Lonikand -II, Pune, worth Rs 100 crore. The order includes seven numbers of 400/220 kV interconnecting transformers.
PGCIL has awarded an order for construction of 400/220 kV substation at Kotputli in Jaipur district of Rajasthan worth Rs 43 crore.
