Perot Systems Corporation, the US based software company plans to invest $50-60 million in setting up a new technology campus in Coimbatore.
The campus is likely to come up on 7.3 acre land at Saravanampatti, 2 km from Coimbatore airport, and will be implemented in three phases. With a seating capacity of 10,000, it campus would spread over an area of one million sq. ft in the third phase.
In Phase I, Perot Systems plans to invest $10 million (approx Rs.51 crore) to create a 1,500 seat facility by April 2010.
