Omaxe, the real estate developer is setting up an integrated township called Omaxe Eternity at Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh. The township spread over 52 acre entails an investment of Rs 250 crore.
Development work at the site has already started and the company expects the township to be ready in 18 months. The township offers 1-room and 2-room apartments ranging between Rs 7.25 - Rs 14.25 lakh in ground+2 structures. Eternity will also provide facilities such as a large temple complex, a dharamshala, yoga/meditation centre, large open green spaces, shopping complex, etc.
