MARG though its SPV New Chennai Township is expected to complete Phase I of its township project named 'Marg Swarnabhoomi' in Chennai by July 2009.
Construction work on 330 apartments is nearing completion under Phase I. The company is likely to construct 360 apartments in Phase II with completion slated for December 2009.
The 633 acre township is designed to be a city containing both residential and commercial blocks. It also has SEZs that caters to the Engineering as well as Multi-services industries. The township also boasts of a fully functional residential complex, schools, universities, shopping malls, recreation centres, sports facilities, knowledge centres, wellness centres, and a golf course as well.
