Godawari Power signs MoU with Chhattisgarh government

Godawari Power & Ispat has signed an MoU with the Chhattisgarh government to set up a cement plant, with an investment of Rs.628 crore.

The plant, comprising of two million tpa capacity of cement and one million tpa capacity of clinker, will also have 50 MW power capacity. The project will be implemented through a SPV to be incorporated after allotment of limestone mines by the state government.
