Tata Motors's Nano facility at Sanand in Gujarat is likely to be ready by January 2010.

The Sanand plant is expected to supplement the production of Nano car that is currently being manufactured at company's facility at Pantnagar in Uttarakhand.

At first stage, the company is expected to produce more yellow and silver coloured cars as they are more in demand in the market. Initially, Nano is likely to meet the demands of Indian market but the company intends to export the vehicle to Europe, Africa and Asia.
